BREAK DANCE: Break is a style of acrobatic dance originating in the mid 1970’s – characterized by intricate footwork, tumbling, and elaborate improvised movements

CIRCUITS: Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance

STREET DANCE: A fun class for the little ones to begin working on their performance and technique of street dance – this covers many styles such as break and hip hop in a relaxed and fun environment

NUVIBE: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

HOUSE: House dance is a social dance form of street – the main elements of House dance include “Footwork”, “Jacking”, and “Lofting”

BODY CONDITIONING: Body conditioning classes are designed to provide total fitness and overall toning through working every major muscle group in one workout; whilst also focusing on flexibility

CHEERLEADING: Cheerleading is the performance of athletic skills, jumps, dance and/or chanting – and is a fun dance class for our mini movers

DISTRUKTION: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

POPPING & LOCKING: Popping is closely related to hip hop dancing – moves include the robot, waving and tutting.

Locking (originally Campbellocking) is a style of funk dance, which is also associated with hip hop.

RAVE FIT: This class  feature simple dance aerobics routines combined with wicked tracks – We even throw in glow sticks! Classes are taught in darkness which means you can really let your inner raver loose!

GYMNASTICS: Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance, agility, endurance and control – a great place to start your little ones if they love a forward roll!

FIFTH ELEMENT: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

COMMERCIAL: Commercial is a strong style with elements of Street/Hip Hop and jazz. A lot of the dancers on music videos and MTV are classed as ‘commercial dancers’

STREET FITNESS: This class is a street dance oriented fitness session choreographed specifically to get you fit whilst learning and enjoying street dance moves

BALLET: Ballet is an artistic dance form performed to music, using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures – characterized by light, graceful movements and the use of pointed toes!

BLAZE: All Comp Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

WAACKING & VOGUING: Waacking consists of moving the arms to the music beat, typically in a movement of the arms over and behind the shoulder. Other elements include posing and footwork.

Vogue is a form of modern dance characterized by photo model like poses taken from Vogue (magazine) integrated with angular, linear and rigid arm, leg and body movements

BOOTCAMP: A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals during the class

MUSICAL THEATRE: A genre of drama in which singing and dancing play an essential part – a chance to be your very own west end superstar!

OXIDIZE: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

DANCEHALL: Dancehall is a genre of Jamaican popular music that originated in the late 1970s and has now developed into a dance style – example of a move influenced by this style is; ‘the dutty wine’

BABY BREAKIN: A style of acrobatic dance characterized by intricate footwork, tumbling, and elaborate improvised movements – great if your little one enjoys a headstand or two!

HCD CREW: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

STREET DANCE/HIP HOP: Street dance evolved outside dance studios in any available open space such as streets, dance parties, school yards, raves, and nightclubs. The term is used to describe dance in urban context and covers various styles within the genre of street.

SINGING:This singing class works on making musical sounds with the voice using words from popular well known songs – also works on performance and voice projection. Your very own little singing superstar!

DYNAMIX: All Competition Teams Train in all elements of Urban Dance, and Compete across the UK and Europe. Each Team is of Different Age, standard and Commitment level. They compete in  Solo, Duos & Teams and sometimes Battles.

KRUMP: The dance known as Krumping is a street dance popularized in the United States that is characterized by free, expressive, exaggerated, and highly energetic movement.

INCLUSIVE

SINGING (PITCH PERFECT): This class is a chance to sing in an a cappella style – while mashing up numerous songs in an interesting musical arrangement. Focus will be on harmonies, teamwork and performance

GYMNASTICS: Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance, agility, endurance and control

BALLET: Ballet is an artistic dance form performed to music, using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures – characterized by light, graceful movements and the use of pointed toes! This class will focus primarily on technique and performance combined in a more relaxed environment to that of exam syllabus – whilst learning choreography

STREET DANCE: Inclusive dance is dance which is available for any individual to take part. This includes disabled and non-disabled people and includes all impairments whether physical or intellectual. Inclusive dance aims to include all individuals and values each dancer’s qualities and abilities – focusing mainly on the street dance style

DRAMA: Drama is a unique tool to explore and express human feeling through poems, script or improvisation

CHEER – STUNTS: Stunting in cheer has been previously referred to as building pyramids – stunts range from basic two-legged stunts, to one-legged extended stunts, and high flying basket tosses etc

CONTEMPORARY: Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Technique and Performance will be worked on during this class through dance exercises and routines
